What do I do if the item is damaged?

All the products that we produce under the Squatbar brand go through thorough checks after production.

We apologize if the item you have received is damaged or broken. Contact us and we will send you a return slip as soon as possible, so that you can return the item to us. As soon as we have received the product, we will send you a new one!

It requires that the item has never been used and is still in the packaging.
