This package is for persons who are able to workout for themselves, but would profit on regularly coaching. Your personal trainer will provide with an individual training plan, and support you through your progression.
Once a week you have a meeting over the phone or Skype, to discuss your progression and challenges with coaching to reach your goals. In addition you have unlimited communication via messages.
You are given an account at the Squatbar app with video of all the exercises, diet plan and log of of training / progression. The app is a great tool to keep track of your plan and goals, and communicate directly with your personal trainer.
