Get in the shape of your life with our experienced personal trainers. Start with 30 minutes consultation to map your needs, expectations and goals.
We will provide you with an individual workout plan and the Squatbar app. You can use the app to log your workouts, keep track on progression and communicate with your PT by meassages. There are videos of all exercises.
Schedule follow up meetings 2 times a week, either on phone or Skype. Every week you have 1 online workout together with your PT.
We recommend that you combine these subscription with our PT sessions and stretching sessions, depending on your needs.
